Week 2: April 18th - 23th

Worship is Prayer

Sunday, April 18 — Join us in-person or online for worship as we discover the new normal that Jesus taught us to pray and believe is possible.  “Thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”

Prayer Focus:

As you read the Psalm(s) this week let this be your prayer focus:  Who does God bring to mind as you read this Psalm(s) in your circle (family/friends) or community?

Prayer Challenge:

April 19th - 23rd

Praying through songs.  Listen to this song every day this week and treat it like a prayer.  The Psalms you are reading were prayer songs.  Make this song a personal prayer with God.  Let the song bring people, situations, needs in the world to mind and then use this song as a way of asking God to work in those people/situations that he has brought to mind (button below).  In doing so, this will not just be a song you sing, but a way to open communication between you and your heavenly Father.

Monday, April 19th

Wednesday, April 21st

Saturday

Every Saturday is a day off.  You can use it as a day to catch up if you fall behind, celebrate when you are on schedule and even consider using it as a time to journal.  Journaling is another means of prayer that allows you to put on paper what God has been showing you.
